Can you provide me with financial advice?
No. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and are not licensed to provide you with financial advice. We will collate and present your factual information to you in a clear and usable way so that you can have improved communications in your home. The information presented to you is in no way any form of general or personal advice, recommendation or opinion. Should you seek financial advice in regards to your personal circumstances, we are able to provide your adviser with access to your portal. They will be thrilled to see this information already prepared!
Who Argent Cashflow powered by?
Argent Cashflow is powered by My Prosperity – You will receive your invitation to download the app via the Apple Store or Google Play after you have subscribed.
How secure is my data?
Argent will need to work with you to set up data links between your financial institutions and the Argent portal. You will need to have all your logins and passwords ready to go. You do not provide these to us, you input these with guidance from us either on a Zoom meeting or in person. This is done once and only needs to be updated if you update your online banking passwords or use MFA.
Argent cannot see your BSB, Account Name, Account Numbers, or Credit Card numbers, we can only see the last 4 digits of each account once all the links are set up. Argent cannot transact on your account in any way.

How much does Argent Cashflow cost?
Argent Cashflow is a subscription based service charged at $200 per month + GST, payable in advance. We use Stripe as our preferred payment gateway. Our easy to use sign up link will allow you to input your preferred credit card details for payment. Once you have subscribed our service will commence immediately.
How long am I committed for?
There is no minimum commitment. If you feel Argent is not working for you (which we are sure won’t be the case!) you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
How far back does my data come in?
The amount of data that comes in will vary per institution but most will bring in the last 30 days. This is our commencement point. If you require data to be backfilled for a longer period of time this can be done via uploading CSV files. We are able to complete this work for you but it will be at an extra cost. Please let us know if you require additional information on this service.
Do you retain my data after I leave?
If at any point you cease your subscription, we will turn off the data feeds and arrange for your account to be fully deleted.
What times are you available for catch ups to discuss my report?
We appreciate that your life is busy with many and varied schedules! We want to fit in with you. We will be available during the day, evenings and on weekends. You will be able to see the available times via a Calendy link when you receive your report.
How long do the catch ups go for?
We do not expect you will need to speak to us for any more than say 15 minutes. If you do require more time though that is completely fine.
Who will be my main point of contact?
We will introduce you to a member of our team when you subscribe to Argent who will be your primary point of contact.
How else can I use my Argent reports?
You can use these reports to assist with your tax as we can “tax tag” deductible expenses. You can also upload (via the app) the associated tax receipts.
If you are seeking a mortgage or refinancing a loan this report is perfect to provide to your bank or broker as part of the application process.
If you are working with or have plans to work with a financial or investment adviser these reports are a huge help. They will love that you already have this information!
Who has access to my Argent portal?
Only you and Argent Cashflow have access to your portal. You can however choose to grant third parties limited or full access to the portal.
